Creating a platform ready brand for global translation leader: we helped develop a holistic brand identity, digital experience, and creative content to support Lionbridge’s move from pipeline to platform business.
Lionbridge is a network of 100,000 language professionals who are obsessed with spreading and resonating messages to the world for clients in life sciences, gaming, legal, government, and technology.
They were clearly successful, but no one could articulate why and what made them different. Working with Lionbridge’s lead agency, Vivaldi, who set the foundation for their new brand strategy to be the face of the business strategy.
Vivaldi’s brand strategy was the blueprint for GoPoint to translate the strategy into experience and design. The visual identity included a comprehensive design language with a new iconography to reflect the breadth and depths of Lionbridge’s industry experience as well as service capabilities – from vision to life.
Our role was to support Vivaldi on turning this a new brand and communication architecture, into a dynamic brand identity that included a comprehensive portfolio of market ready creative assets, digital marketing platform and brand manifesto videos that bound the employee values further into the story by creating a strong narrative and brand position to drive it all.
A comprehensive revamp of the company’s digital strategy required the team to envision a new Lionbridge experienced through an enterprise-level website, with an initial website launch available within weeks. This was quickly followed by a number of global launch activities that connected the business and brand strategy with the visual identity to assert the new brand across people, processes, and products. Naturally, every effort required the assets to be available in about multiple languages simultaneously.

Results & Impact
Working with Vivaldi, we launched Lionbridge’s digital presence with a new brand experience, a design refresh, and updated messaging. The new platform launch was a huge success bringing multiple awards, press and increased brand equity to the global offering.
